Angel and Allen have been married for 14 years and active as foster parents for 8 years. During that time, they have adopted four children and fostered four others. Their children are Hope, age 14, Robert and Angela, age 8, and Monica, age 4. Angel and Allen have provided a stable, nurturing, and loving environment for their children. Together, they have set a shining example for the residents of North Central Indiana, showing all of the powerful impact that two special people can have on the lives of children.
