This book is fast becoming a classic gift for present and future adoptive and foster parents - dads included, of course. The author not only identifies issues that children may have, but also offers suggestions for answering them.
5) Don’t Make Me Stop This Car! : Adventures in Fatherhood
Al Roker’s lighthearted look at fatherhood is fun and easy to read. Some parts of the book are better than others, but the very best parts are those that deal with the issues of infertility, adoption, and stepfamilies as he faced them in his own life.
