Gloria Barclay has devoted her life to the promotion of adoption and keeping siblings together. For the past 20 years, Gloria has served as a social worker at Family Builders By Adoption in Oakland, California. During her time at Family Builders, Gloria has connected, supported, and sustained hundreds of children and families through the foster-adoption process. When other social workers have said a child is too old, too disabled, or too disturbed, Gloria says there is a family and finds a miracle.
